TREATMENT PROTOCOL IN THE 7-10-YEAR AGE GROUP
The child gets an adult pattern of gait around the age of 6 years and starts developing contracture & fixes deformity after that age so to prevent deterioration, fasten the rehabilitation as it became imperative to intervene surgically to manage and fix the deformity, contracture & bony torsion before pre-pubertal growth spurt comes. At around 9-10 years of age and children deteriorate at a very fast speed due to rapid increases in height & weight
